Are your products in stock?
All SOLAE pieces are available on a pre order only basis. This means your order is created especially for you rather than held in stock.
How long will my order take?
Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for your piece to be made and dispatched.
How will my order be delivered?
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked service. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Why do you use a pre order model?
Pre-ordering allows us to create in small, considered batches. It reduces excess and ensures each piece is made with care and intention.
Can I cancel or change my order?
As each piece is made to order, cancellations or changes are not possible once production has begun.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
International shipping is not available at this time.
